The AIE 500 C is part of our Impulse Hand Operated Sealer C Series that allows you to seal and trim all in one machine. All of our C Series models are equipped with a sliding blade that trims excess material 1/4 inch from the seal.
The AIE 500 C provides a standard 20 inch (500mm) length and 2mm width seal. Seal widths are available in 2mm or 5mm seal.

step use:
Adjust the timer set to your poly plastic application.
Press down on the handle to activate the machine.
Apply pressure to allow the plastic to cool after heat light indicator turns off to secure a strong seal.
Slide the trimming blade to cut the excess plastic.
Release the handle.

All of our C Series Hand Operated Impulse Sealers are customizable according to your desired seal length (e.g. AIE 200 = 200mm) and sealing width (2mm, 5mm, or 10mm (AIE210C)).
You may also create your own bags using poly tubing and plastic roll cradles for maximum efficiency.
