The AIE 400 MC is part of our Semi-Automatic Magnetic Hold Hand Operated Series that comes with a built in magnet that holds down the sealing arm and automatically releases once the cooling cycle is complete. These models are also equipped with two adjustable timers that allow you to select sealing and congealing time and a trimming blade for maximum efficiency.
The AIE 400 MC provides a 16 inch (400mm) length and 2mm width seal. These models come in 2mm (AIE400MC) and 5mm (AIE405MC) sealing widths.
The AIE HIM models are identical to the AIE MC models, but do not have a trimming blade.

Adjust both timers set to your poly plastic applications.
Press down on the handle to activate the machine. (Extend your hold if you plan to trim using the blade)
The magnet will release the sealing arm once the indicator light has turned off.
Slide the red tabbed trimming blade to trim any excess plastic.

Both HIM and MC Series are customizable according to your desired seal length (e.g. AIE 200 = 200mm) and sealing width (2mm, 5mm).
