The AIE 300 provides a standard 12 inch (300mm) length and 2mm width seal. Seal widths are available in 2mm, 5mm, or Round Seal. The AIE 300 uses a standard 110v power system and is ready to use after it is plugged in.

easy 4 step seal:

  1. Adjust the timer set to your poly plastic application.

  2. Press down on the handle to activate the machine.

  3. Apply pressure to allow the plastic to cool after heat light indicator turns off to secure a strong seal.

  4. Release the handle.

All of our Classic Original Hand Operated Impulse Sealer models are customizable according to your desired seal length (e.g. AIE 200 = 200mm) and sealing width (2mm, 5mm, or round seal).

Large format models are also available from 18 - 40 inches.
