The AIE 400HCS is a Stainless Steel Impulse Hand Operated Sealer within our HCS Series that allows you to seal and trim all in one machine. All of our HCS and C Series models are equipped with a sliding blade that trims excess material 1/4 inch from the seal.
The AIE HCS Series is waterproof and Food Safe.
The AIE 400HCS provides a 16 inch (400mm) length and standard 2mm width seal.

step use:
Adjust the timer set to your poly plastic application.
Press down on the handle to activate the machine.
Apply pressure to allow the plastic to cool after heat light indicator turns off to secure a strong seal.
Slide the trimming blade to cut the excess plastic.
Release the handle.

All of our HCS Series Hand Operated Stainless Steel Impulse Sealers are customizable according to your desired seal length (e.g. AIE 200 = 200mm) with three different seal lengths to choose from.
